About Pencil & Paper

Economically and conveniently administer the pencil and paper version of one of our empirically validated screening instruments to identify clients who have a high probability of having a substance use disorder or who are at risk for impaired driving. Administration and scoring of our brief, 1-page, double-sided paper instruments takes approximately 15 minutes, with costs ranging from $2.00 to $1.15 per administration, depending on quantity purchased.

First time users of our instruments will need to complete a Qualification form and purchase a Starter Kit for the instrument they choose to administer.
